hey you, go read my bio 🫶

As we’re entering this new chapter, I wanna take a second to look back and talk about everything that led up to this moment. The obstacles, the highs and lows, everything in between that you don’t always see on social media. Around Dec 2024, the opportunity to tour was presented to me. At that point I had two songs, Slip Away and Count of 3. For context, I usually take like 6 months to finish one song. I’m a perfectionist. But they told me I needed 5 songs in total in 3 months to go on tour. At that moment, I had nothing. No songs, no random lyrics, no ideas. 3 months to write 3 new songs. For me, that made my stomach drop. I was up late every night, running on no sleep, working ‘til 5 AM. The next thing I knew, I was in rehearsals with 3 brand new songs. During that time, I didn’t even know if I’d be going on tour alone or if I’d have someone up there with me. Last minute I got ahold of @fabian.strandberg and he ended up being the solid ground through the whole thing. A few days before we left, we started rehearsals, getting shown how to use and do everything for the first time and then heading out the next day to do it all ourselves. To top it all off, I had countless boxes of merch with no idea how I was gonna get them to Texas and thankfully, my day one supporter Jennifer came through and let me ship every single box to her house. Then the day before leaving, I got hit with a nasty sinus infection. I was terrified I’d have to cancel the first few cities. It was hard to sing, but somehow I made it through. It was a full on fever dream some of the best moments of my life tied to survival mode. My biggest fear was not being able to put on the show you deserved. I was so surprised by how many people showed up for me and that people actually wanted to meet me. To the ones I got to form relationships with on Staryo, thank you. You pushed me through. We built a world out there. To the bands that shared the stage with me, @northstarboys @nightly and @jonahmarais, thank you for making my first tour one I’ll never forget. My boy @fabian.strandberg , thank you for carrying this all with me and sticking through to the end. To the crew, drivers, tour managers, writers, producers, lighting and sound techs, stage managers, assistants, photographers, videographers, front of house, backline, and every single person behind the curtain who made chaos look seamless, thank you for being the spine of this thing. To the late nights, missed flights, sound checks that turned into therapy sessions. To my fans, the day ones and all the ones I just met during tour, your faces in the crowd, all the love, the face to face deep conversations, signs, gifts, your messages after the show… you made me realize there are other people in the world who share the same experiences as me. This tour didn’t just change my path. It changed me. And I can’t thank you enough for being part of what’s making this all happen. To my friends and family who showed up, the ones who called, who couldn’t make it but were there in spirit, who stayed even when the adrenaline wore off, thank you for being my solid ground.
